Terms of Use

Conditions for accessing reachmotion.life and using information published by ReachMotion Pte. Ltd.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://reachmotion.life/ (the "Site"), operated by ReachMotion Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with registered address at 55 Keong Saik Road, #01-02, Singapore 089158 ("ReachMotion", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers and enquirers. Separate written agreements — statements of work, master service agreements, media buying authorisations — govern paid client engagements and prevail over these Terms where conflicts arise.

2. Identity: reachmotion.life, ReachMotion and Reach Motion

For clarity across domains, contracts and communications:

reachmotion.life is the primary web domain through which ReachMotion publishes information about its performance marketing services. URLs, email addresses ending in @reachmotion.life and subpages (including /services.php, /work.php, /about.php, /contact.php, /faq.php and legal pages) are official publications of ReachMotion Pte. Ltd.

ReachMotion (one word, capitalised R and M) is the trade name and brand under which we deliver services. The logo mark "RM" displayed on the Site represents this brand. Reach Motion (two words) may appear in descriptive copy referring to the concept of putting growth in motion — it is not a separate legal entity, product line or subsidiary. All contractual obligations attach to ReachMotion Pte. Ltd. regardless of stylistic variation in marketing copy.

Motion in brand context refers to our methodology of continuous optimisation — reach, launch, optimise, scale — not to a distinct service company. References to "motion creative", "motion rail" or "velocity" describe campaign execution approaches within our agency services.

No franchise, licence or affiliate network operates under the ReachMotion name unless explicitly documented in a signed agreement with ReachMotion Pte. Ltd.

3. Nature of the Site and services

The Site provides general information about ReachMotion's performance and growth marketing services for brands in Singapore and APAC, including paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), SEO, content marketing, lifecycle and CRM marketing, performance creative, analytics and growth retainers. Content is informational and promotional — it does not constitute a binding offer, contract or professional advice in investment, legal, tax or financial matters.

ReachMotion is a marketing services agency. We plan and run client campaigns in client-owned ad accounts. We are not a lead broker, data reseller, publisher of guaranteed lead inventory or guarantor of return on ad spend. Case studies, metrics and indicators on the Site describe historical client activity where noted; they are illustrative, not promises of future performance for your business.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes: browsing service descriptions, reading case studies, submitting genuine enquiries via our contact form and accessing legal policies. You must not: (a) use the Site in violation of applicable Singapore law or foreign law where you access it; (b) attempt unauthorised access to servers, accounts or networks; (c) introduce malware, scraping bots or automated extraction tools that impose unreasonable load; (d) impersonate ReachMotion personnel or misrepresent affiliation; (e) harvest personal data of other users; (f) reproduce, republish or commercially exploit Site content without written permission; or (g) interfere with security features including the contact form honeypot.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout, design system (including Motion Indigo surfaces), JavaScript, CSS and compilation thereof — is owned by ReachMotion Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The ReachMotion name, RM logo and reachmotion.life domain are brand identifiers of ReachMotion Pte. Ltd.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and download content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any Site content without prior written consent. Client-specific creative assets developed under contract are governed by separate intellectual property clauses in engagement agreements.

6. Enquiries and communications

Submitting our contact form or emailing [email protected] does not create a client relationship. ReachMotion may decline engagements at its discretion. You warrant that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it. You must obtain valid PDPA consent before supplying third-party personal data in enquiry messages.

Subject lines processed by our form handler include: "New growth enquiry", "Paid-media audit request", "Retainer / partnership enquiry" and "General inquiry". These categorise routing internally and do not alter these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. ReachMotion does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components.

Without limiting the foregoing, ReachMotion expressly disclaims any warranty regarding: specific search engine rankings; audience reach or impression volumes; lead counts or conversion rates; sales volumes; return on ad spend (ROAS) or marketing ROI; platform account approval or permanence; or compatibility of recommended strategies with your regulatory environment. Campaign outcomes depend on budget, creative quality, offer strength, seasonality, competitive pressure and factors outside ReachMotion's control.

Third-party links and platform references (Google, Meta, etc.) are provided for convenience. ReachMotion does not control third-party terms, policies or algorithm changes.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SINGAPORE LAW, REACHMOTION PTE. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED SGD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

These limitations apply to website use only. Client service liability is addressed in separate engagement contracts.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachMotion Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, violation of third-party rights or submission of unlawful content through enquiry channels.

10. Privacy and cookies

Personal data practices are described in our Privacy Policy (PDPA-aligned). Cookie usage and consent mechanisms are described in our Cookie Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge those policies.

11. Modifications

ReachMotion may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated text on the Site with a new effective date. Material changes will not apply retroactively to disputes arising before the update. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for disputes arising from or relating to the Site and these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use and supersede prior oral or written understandings on that subject.
