Cookie Policy

How reachmotion.life uses cookies and similar technologies — and how you control them.

Effective date: 9 July 2026
Operator: ReachMotion Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202557248M)

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites function, remember preferences and — with consent — measure usage or support advertising. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixel tags. This Cookie Policy describes how ReachMotion Pte. Ltd. uses these technologies on reachmotion.life and how it relates to our Privacy Policy under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

2. How we use cookies

We group cookies into three categories displayed in our cookie banner: Essential, Analytics and Advertising. Essential cookies are necessary for basic site operation and cannot be disabled through our banner without breaking functionality. Analytics and Advertising cookies are optional and load only after you consent via "Accept all", customised preferences or equivalent affirmative action.

Essential cookies enable core features: storing your cookie consent choice (reachmotion_consent), maintaining session integrity and supporting security measures. Without these, the Site may not remember that you dismissed the banner or may reload it on every page.

Analytics cookies — when accepted — help us understand aggregate visitor behaviour: pages viewed, referral sources, device categories and approximate geography. We use this to improve content about our performance marketing services (paid media, SEO, lifecycle, analytics) for Singapore and APAC audiences. Analytics data is examined in aggregated form; we do not use it to sell leads or build third-party marketing lists.

Advertising cookies — when accepted — may support remarketing pixels or conversion tracking related to ReachMotion's own promotional campaigns. They do not indicate that ReachMotion brokers advertising inventory on behalf of unrelated lead-generation schemes. If we run LinkedIn, Meta or Google Ads promoting reachmotion.life, associated pixels fire only with consent.

3. Cookie banner and consent storage

On first visit, a fixed banner at the bottom of reachmotion.life presents three actions: Accept all, Reject all and Customise. Customise reveals checkboxes for Analytics and Advertising while Essential remains locked on. Save preferences records your choices.

Consent is stored in a first-party cookie named reachmotion_consent containing a JSON preference object (essential: true; analytics: true/false; advertising: true/false). The cookie expires after six months, after which the banner reappears. Path=/; SameSite=Lax. You may clear it anytime via browser settings, which will reset your preferences.

Reject all loads Essential cookies only. Accept all enables all categories. Customise lets you mix — for example analytics on, advertising off.

4. Third-party cookies

Where you consent to Analytics or Advertising, third-party services may set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies. Examples may include Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel or similar tools if deployed on reachmotion.life. ReachMotion selects vendors with reasonable security practices but does not control third-party cookie behaviour. We encourage reviewing vendor policies before enabling optional categories.

Embedded content (maps, videos) from external platforms may set cookies when those elements load. We minimise third-party embeds on reachmotion.life to reduce unexpected tracking.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Instructions vary: Chrome (Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies), Safari (Preferences → Privacy), Firefox (Settings → Privacy & Security), Edge (Settings → Cookies and site permissions). Blocking all cookies may prevent the consent banner from remembering your choice and could affect form functionality.

For mobile devices, consult iOS or Android help documentation on limiting cross-app tracking and browser cookies. Industry opt-out tools (e.g. Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences) provide additional advertising controls independent of our banner.

6. Relationship to PDPA

Where cookies collect personal data — such as IP addresses or persistent identifiers — Singapore PDPA consent requirements apply. Our default-deny approach for non-essential cookies aligns with this: optional categories remain off until you opt in. Withdrawing consent is achieved by clearing reachmotion_consent, selecting Reject all when the banner returns, or disabling cookies in browser settings.

Questions: [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for broader data practices and Terms of Use for Site conditions.

7. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add tools, change vendors or respond to regulatory guidance. The effective date at the top will change accordingly. Material updates will be posted on reachmotion.life; continued use after posting constitutes acknowledgement where permitted by law.
