How ReachMotion Pte. Ltd. handles personal data on reachmotion.life and in client engagements — aligned with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

Effective date: 9 July 2026
Data Protection Officer contact: [email protected]

1. Introduction and scope

ReachMotion Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202557248M), referred to in this policy as "ReachMotion", "we", "us" or "our", operates the website reachmotion.life and provides performance marketing services including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, creative production and analytics to clients in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA) and its subsidiary legislation.

This policy applies to personal data collected through reachmotion.life, enquiry forms, email correspondence, telephone calls, in-person meetings at our Keong Saik studio, client service engagements and marketing activities where ReachMotion acts as a data organisation. It does not cover third-party websites, advertising platforms or analytics services that maintain their own privacy policies — though we describe how we interact with such services where relevant.

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required under the PDPA, we will obtain it through clear opt-in mechanisms — for example, the unchecked PDPA consent checkbox on our contact form.

2. Personal data we collect

Personal data means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data or from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access. Depending on your interaction with ReachMotion, we may collect the following categories:

Identity and contact data: full name, job title, company name, business email address, telephone number, postal address and billing details provided during enquiries or client onboarding.

Enquiry and communication data: messages submitted via our contact form, email threads, meeting notes, proposal feedback and support requests. This may include information you voluntarily share about your marketing budgets, channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, etc.) and business objectives.

Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, session duration, click paths and cookie identifiers. Collected automatically when you browse reachmotion.life, subject to your cookie preferences.

Marketing and analytics data: where you consent to analytics or advertising cookies, aggregated interaction data used to measure site performance and campaign effectiveness. We do not use this data to sell leads or broker contact lists.

Client campaign data: during engagements, we may process personal data on behalf of clients as a data intermediary — for example, customer lists uploaded for lifecycle campaigns, conversion data from analytics platforms or audience segments in ad accounts. Processing in such cases is governed by client instructions and separate data processing terms.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (as defined under the PDPA) through reachmotion.life. Please do not submit national identification numbers, financial account credentials, health records or other sensitive information via our general contact form.

3. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data through: (a) direct interactions — when you complete our contact form at /contact.php, send email to [email protected], call +65 6223 5724 or visit our office at 55 Keong Saik Road; (b) automated technologies — cookies, server logs and similar tools described in our Cookie Policy; (c) third-party sources — professional networking platforms, event attendee lists or referrals where you have consented to share your details or where a legitimate business introduction occurs; and (d) client-provided datasets — where we act on client instructions to configure marketing campaigns.

Our contact form includes a honeypot field to deter automated spam submissions. Submissions that populate this hidden field are silently discarded without processing personal data beyond server logs.

4. Purposes of collection, use and disclosure

ReachMotion collects and uses personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, and we notify you of these purposes unless exceptions under the PDPA apply. Our primary purposes include:

Responding to enquiries: to read, assess and reply to your messages about paid-media audits, growth retainers, partnerships or general questions. We use your name and email to correspond and your message content to scope potential engagements.

Delivering marketing services: for clients under contract, to plan and execute campaigns, manage ad accounts, produce creative, implement SEO and lifecycle programmes, configure analytics and provide reporting. This may involve disclosing personal data to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), analytics providers, email service providers and subcontractors bound by confidentiality obligations.

Website operation and security: to maintain reachmotion.life, diagnose technical faults, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure network and information security.

Analytics and improvement: where you consent, to understand how visitors use our site, measure content effectiveness and refine user experience. We use aggregated insights rather than profiling individuals for unrelated purposes.

Legal and compliance: to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts, enforce our Terms of Use, protect our rights and meet accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations.

Business communications: to send service-related notices, policy updates and — where permitted — marketing communications about ReachMotion services. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting [email protected].

We do not sell personal data. We are a performance marketing agency, not a lead broker. Personal data collected through reachmotion.life is not packaged and resold as lead inventory.

5. Consent and withdrawal

Under the PDPA, we rely on consent, deemed consent (where you voluntarily provide data for a reasonable purpose), legitimate business purposes recognised under the Act, or other applicable legal bases. Our contact form requires affirmative consent before submission — the PDPA checkbox is not pre-checked.

You may withdraw consent for any purpose by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we will cease processing your personal data for that purpose unless another legal basis applies or retention is required by law. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue providing services — for example, we cannot respond to an enquiry if you withdraw consent to use your email address.

Cookie consent is managed via our cookie banner. You may accept all, reject non-essential categories or customise preferences. Choices are stored in a browser cookie for six months, after which the banner reappears.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose personal data to: (a) service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, CRM, project management, analytics and IT security — located in Singapore or overseas where we ensure appropriate protection through contractual clauses; (b) advertising and analytics platforms when configuring campaigns or measuring site traffic with your consent; (c) professional advisers including lawyers and accountants under duty of confidentiality; (d) regulators, law enforcement or courts when required by law; and (e) acquirers or successors in the event of a business transfer, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the Act. This may include binding contractual terms or reliance on jurisdictions with comparable data protection frameworks.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected or as required by law. Enquiry records are typically retained for twenty-four months unless an engagement proceeds — in which case data migrates to client records governed by contract retention schedules. Client project data is retained for the engagement term plus seven years for legal and accounting purposes unless a shorter period is agreed. Server logs and security records may be retained for up to twelve months. Cookie consent preferences persist for six months in your browser.

When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it so individuals can no longer be identified.

8. Protection of personal data

ReachMotion implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. Measures include access controls limited to personnel with business need, encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) on reachmotion.life, secure storage of client credentials, staff confidentiality obligations and vendor security assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords on platforms we manage jointly and to report suspected breaches promptly.

9. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you have the right to: (a) access personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed within the past year; (b) request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data; (c) withdraw consent for processing based on consent; and (d) lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore if you believe we have handled your data contrary to the PDPA.

Access and correction requests should be sent to [email protected] with sufficient detail to verify your identity. We respond within thirty days unless an extension is permitted. We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests as allowed under the PDPA.

10. Children

reachmotion.life and ReachMotion services are directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our site, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology or business practices. Material changes will be posted on reachmotion.life with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy where permitted by law.
